Biography
Robert A. Riecker, also known as Rob, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sears Holdings Corporation since April 21, 2017 and served as its Head of Capital Market Activities and Controller since October 25, 2016 and October 2011 respectively until April 21, 2017. Mr. Riecker served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President Sears Holdings Corporation since 2011 until October 25, 2016. Mr. Riecker served as an Interim Financial Officer at Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores Inc. since April 27, 2012 and served as its Interim Principal Executive Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Vice President and Assistant Controller of Sears Holdings Corporation from May 2007 to October 2011. He joined Sears Holdings as Assistant Controller in October 2005 and served as its Vice President, Internal Audit from October 2011 to January 2012. He serves as a Director of Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores, Inc.
