Patrick Zenner

Biography

 Patrick Zenner served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., North America – the prescription drug unit of the Roche Group, a leading research-based healthcare enterprise – from 1993 to 2001. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Zenner spent 32 years at Roche, joining the company as a sales representative in 1969. Mr. Zenner currently serves as Chairman of the Board and a director of both ArQule, Inc. and West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. Previously, Mr. Zenner served as a director for Par Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Zenner received his B.S.B.A. from Creighton University and his M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. We believe Mr. Zenner’s extensive experience and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry qualifies him to serve on our board of directors.
