Biography
Mr. Twomey has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2006. Mr. Twomey joined Biosite Incorporated, a medical diagnostics company, in March 1990 serving in various roles of increasing responsibility, and most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer until his retirement in 2007. At Biosite he was responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, Facilities, and Information Systems departments. From 1981 to 1990, Mr. Twomey worked for Ernst & Young LLP, where he served as an audit manager. Mr. Twomey holds a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
