Biography
Mr. Prince was elected to our board of directors in December 2015. Mr. Prince served on the Senseonics, Incorporated board of directors from February 2015 to December 2015. Mr. Prince has acted as the Chief Financial Officer of Crane & Co. Inc., a global technology company, since February 2013. Prior to Crane & Co., from October 2010 to January 2013, Mr. Prince served as the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Power Systems Corp., an energy technology company. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Prince served as Chief Financial Officer of MDS Inc., a public life sciences company. Mr. Prince received his B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
