Stephen P. Defalco

Biography

 Mr. DeFalco was elected as a director and our chairman in December 2015. Mr. DeFalco served as chairman of the Senseonics, Incorporated board of directors from June 2010 to December 2015 and served as Senseonics, Incorporated’s interim Chief Executive Officer from 2010 to March 2011. Since October 2011, Mr. DeFalco has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Crane & Co, Inc., a global technology company, and also serves on its board of directors. Previously, from May 2005 to July 2010, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and on the board of directors of MDS, Inc., a public life sciences company. Mr. DeFalco received his M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology — Sloan School of Management, his M.S.E.E. from Syracuse University and his B.S.M.E. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
