Michael Reitermann

Biography

On May 1, 2010, Michael Reitermann assumed the role of CEO, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. In this position, Mr. Reitermann is responsible for the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics division. Mr. Reitermann is based in Tarrytown, NY. Mr. Reitermann’s passion for science and technology has driven his extensive career with Siemens. In his previous role Mr. Reitermann was responsible for the U.S. imaging organization. Before that assignment, he served as CEO of the Siemens Molecular Imaging Business Unit. Mr. Reitermann was responsible for the establishment and implementation of the Molecular Imaging’s business objectives around the world, as well as the Business Unit’s overall financial performance. During his tenure, Siemens launched the Symbia, Biograph Truepoint and Biograph mCT product lines.
