Biography
David A. McDaniel, CPA, is the partner-in-charge of the Indianapolis office, and specializes in taxation and consulting services for individuals and businesses. He has experience in various disciplines of taxation and professional practice management, including tax planning and compliance, business valuations, expert testimony, tax representation and mergers and acquisitions of closely held businesses. Dave is a frequent speaker on financial tax and legislative topics at a variety of conventions, seminars and workshops as well as author of various articles for professional journals and in-house publications.
