Biography
Jason leads Sikich’s Northern Illinois practice as the Partner-in-Charge of accounting and advisory services and is an integral member of Sikich's Executive Board. His focus is on helping clients achieve their financial and business goals through assurance and business advisory services. He helps organizations with new financing; mergers and acquisitions; state certifications; grant obtainment; Small Business Administration (SMA) loan acquisition; corporate restructuring; and SSAE 16 engagements (formerly SAS 70). Jason pioneered the SAS 70 practice at Sikich.
