Biography
Thomas K. Leach, CPA, is the partner-in-charge of the Decatur office. He has more than 27 years experience serving clients in a variety of industries. He also has extensive experience working with both commercial and local governmental audit clients along with supervising audits of large State of Illinois agencies. Tom serves on the firm's Assurance Services Executive Committee.
