Biography
Cheryl is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources to include: development of policy and procedures, recruiting, development of employee training and retention programs, payroll and benefit administration and providing support to each SIlverCrest community. Cheryl has over sixteen years of experience in the senior housing industry. Her experience includes Business Office Management, Executive Director and Human Resource oversight of seven senior housing communities. Cheryl has her Master of Arts in Psychology and her undergraduate degree in Human Relations
