Biography
Mr. Stovall has 33 years of specialized experience in drainage and flood control engineering. He has completed over 40 drainage analyses and design projects for the NMDOT Drainage Design Bureau and assisted the Bureau in modification of the Drainage Design Manual 2016. He has developed many Drainage Master Plans (DMPs), hydrologic, hydraulic, sediment yield and transport analyses and many floodplain mapping studies. Mr. Stovall has developed numerous hydrologic / hydraulic computer models for highways, roadways (street flow, inlets and storm drains), DMPs, storm sewers, culverts and bridges, natural and lined arroyos.
