Tim Yatsco

Biography

Mr. Yatsco has 25 years of experience in construction services, observation, inspection, and materials testing. He has been with Smith for 14 years and developed the electronic Daily Field Reporting format for the company. Mr. Yatsco is currently responsible for the construction oversight for numerous projects throughout New Mexico and Arizona including primary construction observer for Pulte at Mirehaven, Del Webb at Mirehaven, Mirehaven Arroyo, Sandia Preparatory School Track, Albuquerque Water Utility Authority Small Diameter Utility Replacement/Rehabilitation, and the Window Rock Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 2 Improvements. He is certified with the American Concrete Institute and with NASSCO for Cured-In-Place Pipe Installation Inspection. His ability to work with the public and as a liaison between clients and engineers make him a true asset to the Smith team.
