Biography

Mr. Ahmad N. Ouri has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sonifi Solutions, Inc. since January 2015. Mr. Ouri served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at IZ ON Media LLC(also known as PRN Corporation). Mr. Ouri served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Technicolor S.A. since December 2009 and Technicolor, Inc. He served as the President of Strategy, Technology and Marketing Operations of Technicolor, Inc. Mr. Ouri served as President of Technicolor Content Services of NOB Cross Media Facilities and Chief Executive Officer of Philips Electronics' digital video server division. Mr. Ouri served as Chief Technology Officer of Technicolor Business Group of Technicolor, Inc. He joined Technicolor in 2002. Mr. Ouri served as the President of Technicolor Digital Cinema, where he was oversaw the planning and execution of agreements for its digital cinema rollout plan, involving the Hollywood studios and U.S. exhibitors. Before joining Technicolor, he served as Vice President and General Manager of MP4Net, a business unit of Philips Digital Networks supplying standard-based MPEG-4 streaming solutions for IP delivery over wired and wireless networks. Mr. Ouri served as Chief Technology Officer of Services division of Thomson, which encompasses all the Technicolor business units. Mr. Ouri holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and two Masters Degrees in Engineering (Instrumentation) and Business (MBA) from the University of Utah
