Biography
Dr. Elizabeth M. Boyd received her MA and PhD in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University. She is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Kennesaw State University and Research Director for the Women’s Leadership Center.
Research Interest
Dr. Boyd’s research focuses on gender issues in organizations and the challenges people face when attempting to balance multiple life roles and goals.
