Biography
David A. Rutledge was named chief financial officer in 2005, having previously served as the controller at Southern Research. He has extensive knowledge of the government contracting process and experience in both not-for-profit and for-profit accounting practices. He first joined Southern Research in 1986 as a contracts specialist. For 10 years, Rutledge held a number of financial management and contract administration positions with Southern Research Technologies Inc. and SRT Electro-Optics Inc., for-profit spin-off subsidiaries of SR.
