Biography
Medical Doctor degree from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana (1986), Specialist in Human Anatomy degree from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana (1989), Master of Science in Medicine (Neuroscience) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland (1995). Dr. Soneira’s main teaching areas are Gross Anatomy and Neuroscience. He has been teaching these subjects for 23 years at various institutions in Canada, the Caribbean and the United States. Dr. Soneira has taught medical, dental, chiropractic, naturopathic and allied health students and has received various teaching awards along his career.
