Biography
Mr. Harnett has served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Sparton Corporation since February 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Hartnett served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ingenient Technologies, Inc., a software development company located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, from April 2008 through November 2010. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Ingenient Technologies, Inc., beginning September 2007. Mr. Hartnett left Ingenient Technologies, Inc. following the sale of the company and completion of post-sale transition activities. During the period from June 2000 to October 2006, Mr. Hartnett held the following positions with U.S. Robotics Corporation, an Internet communications products company: the Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
