Biography
Mr. Steve Toigo has been Controller of Spectrum Chemical Mfg. Corp. since January 2006. Mr. Toigo joined Spectrum Chemical Mfg. Corp. in 2004 as a Cost Accountant and served as its General Accounting Manager since 2005. He has over 20 years of accounting experience including several years working overseas in China and Taiwan. Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Toigo worked for a division of TYCO where he participated in the successful implementation of an ERP. He has his APICS certification and received his MBA with honors from CSUDH.
