Biography
Steve Castleman founded Spectrum in 1993 and currently serves as the Company's Executive Vice President. Steve holds a BS degree in Geology from the University of Mississippi. With 30 years of experience in the environmental field, Steve's primary focus is strategic planning, compliance management and project management. Prior to the formation of Spectrum, Steve served in technical and managerial positions with Pilgreen Producing Company, Law Engineering, Inc. and Edgil Engineering Incorporated. He is a registered Professional Geologist, a Certified Asbestos Inspector, and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.
