Patti Franczak

Biography

 Ms. Franczak is the Vice President of Human Resources and Recruitment for Spectrum Healthcare Resources.  Ms. Franczak joined Spectrum in1989.  Her early years included a variety of positions within the Employee Recruiting and Operational Management departments.  In 2001, Ms. Franczak was promoted to an Operations Manager responsible for providing direction and support to the Operations Team.  In 2006, Ms. Franczak was promoted to Director of Human Resources, responsible for the management of all human resources functions and strategies and for creating a culture of high performance by developing long-term recruiting approach and providing leadership in training and development.  Today, Ms. Franczak is responsible for executive level management of human resources, credentials and field staff recruitment to include developing policy procedures, training, recruiting capabilities, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Ms. Franczak earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
