Biography

 Mr. Raymond Marcy, also known as Ray, is the Founder of Marcy Consulting Group. He was Chief Executive Officer of Nursefinders, LLC. He was Chief Executive Officer at Guru Worldwide, Inc and SFN Group, Inc. Mr. Marcy served as the President and Director at Spherion Corp. since November 1989. He was the Chief Operating Officer from November 1989 to September 1991 at Spherion. He served as the Chief Executive Officer since September 1991 at Spherion Corp. Prior to this, Mr. Marcy served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Adia Services, Inc. (Adia), from 1980 to 1988. While retaining his position as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Adia from May 1988 to November 1989, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nursefinders, Inc. from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Marcy is an Executive Advisor at Gryphon Colleges Corporation, Inc. Mr. Marcy also served at Manpower in various positions. He served as an Executive Advisor of Gryphon Investors in the Business Services Industry Group. He serves as Executive Chair at Healthcare Staffing Services, LLC. Mr. Marcy has been an Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nursefinders, Inc. since August 2004. Mr. Marcy has been an Executive Chairman of Reliant Healthcare Professionals Inc since August 2008. He serves as Chairman of the Board of U.S. Nursing Corporation. He served as the Chairman of Guru Worldwide, Inc and SFN Group, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Spherion Corp. since August 1997. He served as the Chairman of DLC and Nursefinders. He serves as Director of Reliant Healthcare Professionals Inc. Mr. Marcy was a Director of Staffing Now.
