Philip Fazio

Biography

 Philip Fazio is executive vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer at SRC, Inc. Fazio directs investment management, pricing and cost analysis, and financial analyses of budgets, forecasts and results, including overseeing the company’s investments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Montclair State College.Fazio currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Le Moyne College School of Business, on the board for Say Yes to Education Syracuse, and on the board for Honor Flight Syracuse.Prior to serving as CFO for SRC, Fazio was vice president of finance, CFO and treasurer for SRCTec. Earlier in his career, he served as executive vice president and CFO at Altarum (formerly Environmental Research Institute of Michigan), vice president, CFO and treasurer for ERIM International, and vice president of finance and CFO at Philips Display Components.
