Mona Elabbady

Biography

Mona is an experienced project manager with several years of local and national transit and transportation planning experience. As leader of our SRF’s Transit Planning group, she has spearheaded transit and transportation planning projects throughout the Twin Cities and across the Midwest. Mona is highly regarded for her commitment to working collaboratively with clients and dedication to providing exceptional service. A forward-thinking planner, Mona’s experience includes contributing to all levels of a project, including corridor feasibility, model analysis, impact assessment, and agency coordination. Mona also excels at stakeholder engagement and is very comfortable facilitating engagement activities and open houses, soliciting feedback, and creating a positive atmosphere for all participants.
