Biography
Pat has 25 years of traffic engineering experience and is responsible for a wide variety of traffic, transportation, and transit-related projects. He also leads SRF’s Saint Paul office. Through this experience, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of traffic operations, traffic impact studies, transit analysis, and high-benefit/low-cost improvement projects. Pat is also recognized for his expertise in traffic signal design, intersection/systems analysis, geometric design, roundabout analysis, transit enhancements including TSP (Transit Signal Priority), and collaborative concept design process. He has extensive knowledge of the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area and the upper Midwest. Furthermore, Pat is highly adept in the use of many traffic modeling applications, including HCS, RODEL, CORSIM, SYNCHRO/Sim-Traffic, and VISSIM.
