Timothy Phenow

Biography

Tim has nearly 40 years of experience in municipal and site engineering and has worked extensively on projects within the Twin Cities metropolitan area. He has managed all aspects of design and project development, including research, data acquisition, preliminary project reports, final design, and construction administration. Tim is regarded as a highly organized and innovative municipal engineer. Tim’s years of service on the Maple Grove Parks and Recreation Board also add to his public process experience and parks and trails knowledge. In addition, Tim has provided design oversight and project management on numerous trail projects.
