Biography
Mr. John P. Levin is a Co-Founder of Folger Levin LLP and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Levin serves as Chairman of Folger Levin & Kahn Philanthropic Fund, The and Stanford Health Care. He also serves as convening Co-Chair of the Campaign for Stanford Medicine. His career includes a wide range of community activities and numerous board positions; in 2009 he completed a 10-year term as a trustee of Stanford University, five years as Vice-Chair of the Board. He has been a Director of Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital since September 2014. He has been active in the leadership of Stanford Law School, serving as a member of the Dean's Advisory Council, Co-Chair of the Campaign for Stanford Law School and a member of the Executive Committee of the school's Board of Visitors. He received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1973, earned a Master of Arts degree in Education from Stanford University in 1970, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College in 1969.
