Biography
Lawrence Rinsky is an Emeritus Professor in Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University,USA.The primary subjects of his research interests over the past ten years have been clinical reviews of series of patients with a variety of pediatric orthopaedic treatable conditions. These have included neuromuscular scoliosis, developmental dislocation of the hip, and deformities in cerebral palsy. They have a fully equipped motion analysis laboratory which, under the direction of Dr. Jessica Agramonte, participates in clinical and basic research related to the causes and effects of muscle spasticity, energy consumption, and gait analysis. Most of their research projects require reviews of multiple charts, x-rays, etc., and/or participation in activities of the Motion Analysis Laboratory.
