Biography
Weihan Chu, M.D., is an instructor at Stanford School of Medicine. He completed his M.D. degree at Case Western Reserve University and his Internship and Residency at Stanford Hospital. He has been working at Stanford University as an academic hospitalist since 2015. He is a member of the Medical Informatic Workgroup at Stanford and spends his time improving how technology interfaces with patient care. At ValleyCare, he is involved with the transition of the hospital to electronic medical records. He is also interested in hospital based quality improvement projects. His past projects include the sepsis initiative at Stanford hospital and minimizing delay in obtaining outside hospital records. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his friends, fishing, and keeping up to date with the latest tech gadgets.
