Biography
Dr. Jurgen Kolb served as a Member of Executive Board of Salzgitter AG and from 1986 to 2001 and served as its Director of Sales. Dr. Kolb has been an Independent Director of Steel Dynamics Inc. since 1996. Dr. Kolb serves as a Director of Iron Dynamics subsidiary. Dr. Kolb served as a Member of Supervisory Board of Mannesmannröhren-Werke GmbH. Dr. Kolb received degrees from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankford, Germany in 1967 and from the Ruhr-University in Bochum, Germany in 1976.
