Biography

    Mr. James C. Marcuccilli, also known as Jim, serves as Executive Vice President of STAR Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Marcuccilli serves as Chief Executive Officer of STAR Financial Bank, President of Grant Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of STAR Financial Group Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of STAR Financial Group, Inc. and President of STAR Insurance Agency Inc. He served the IBA as Second Vice Chairman and as Region Director. He serves as Chairman of the board of Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and serves on the boards of directors of Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana. He serves as Chairman of Star Financial Bank at STAR Financial Group, Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership. Mr. Marcuccilli has been the Lead Independent Director for Steel Dynamics Inc. since December 27, 2011 and has been its Independent Director since March 2005. Mr. Marcuccilli serves as a Director at Indiana Economic Development Corp., STAR Financial Bank and Star Financial Group Inc. He has been the Chairman of Indiana Bankers Association since January 1, 2013 and served as its First Vice Chairman. Mr. Marcuccilli holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a finance major from the University of Notre Dame.
