Biography
Serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Safety, Jeff’s Human Resources role is to monitor, enhance, and manage a variety of employee relations and development activities, such as SDI’s employee compensation, benefits, medical plans, and employee training programs. In his Safety role, Jeff leads, develops, implements, and maintains safety programs and policies throughout Steel Dynamics.
