Traci M. Dolan

Biography

      Ms. Traci M. Dolan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of ExactTarget Limited. Ms. Dolan served as the Chief Administrative Officer of ExactTarget, Inc. since July 2011 and served as its Secretary since January 2007. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration of ExactTarget, Inc. since February 2004 and June 2011 respectively and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer & Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Dolan oversees the entire financial management and direction at ExactTarget. In addition, she is responsible for administrative functions involving human resources, insurance, real estate and legal issues. Ms. Dolan served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at ExactTarget, Inc. since October 2004 until August 2007. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand. From March 2000 to December 2003, Ms. Dolan served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Secretary and Treasurer of Consona ERP, Inc. (alternatively Made2Manage Systems, Inc. ). Ms. Dolan served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Indianapolis-based Macmillan Publishing USA, one of the world's largest reference publishers. While at Macmillan, Ms. Dolan was involved with helping the book publisher expand its position into the Internet space, via an online content division. Her background also includes 12 years of public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Indianapolis. She serves as a Director of Odyssey Media Group, Inc. She serves as a Member of Advisory Council of Diagnotes, Inc. She has been an Independent Director of Steel Dynamics Inc. since August 2012. Ms. Dolan is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S degree in accounting.
