Gregory L. Elliott

Biography

Mr. Gregory L. Elliott, also known as Greg, is a Partner at The Sterling Group, L.P. Mr. Elliot rejoined Sterling Group in May 2008. Mr. Elliott was previously with Sterling Group from September 1994 to June 2000. He was a Partner at The CapStreet Group, LLC which he joined in 2000 and was responsible for the identification, due diligence, and management of private equity investments at the firm. Mr. Elliott was a Partner at Summit Capital Group LLC, which he joined in June 2000. Prior to that, he was at BofA Merrill Lynch in the Merchant Banking and Corporate Finance Groups. Mr. Elliott began his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking, where he served from 1990 to 1994. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Process Barron. He serves on the Board of Trajen Inc. and of ROM-SMI. He serves as a Director of Landmark Aviation. He serves on the Board of Safe Fleet. Mr. Elliott was the Chairman of the Board of Encore FBO LLC from August 2006 until rejoining Sterling in May 2008. He was the Chairman of the Board of Liqui-Box, and Velcon Filters, LLC. While at the CapStreet Group, he served as a Chairman of the Board of Trajen and served as Director of Jackson Products, Inc. since February 2001 and was a Director at Advanced Data Processing, Inc, and Sprint Industrial. He was a Director of Trajen Holdings, Inc. Mr. Elliott received an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.B.A. from University of Texas at Austin.
