Biography
Dr. Kuhn earned his Ph.D. in business administration with a dual major in accounting and management information systems from the University of Central Florida. He arrived at Stetson from Rollins College and previously worked at the University of South Florida and the University of Louisville. Dr. Kuhn has taught financial and managerial accounting, internal and external auditing, accounting information systems and enterprise systems. His primary research interests include accounting information systems, information systems assurance, auditing, knowledge management, cognitive mapping and individual/group judgment and decision making. In addition to the doctorate, Dr. Kuhn earned an M.B.A. from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Central Florida. Prior to entering academia, he spent 10 years in public accounting and practice with KPMG LLP, Deloitte & Touche LLP, Grant Thornton LLP, Siemens Westinghouse Power Corp. and NASA Kennedy Space Center.
