Biography
Bill Frederick is the Executive Vice President and a principal of Pavarini McGovern – the “new building” construction affiliate of the Structure Tone organization in New York City. In his role as Executive Vice President, Bill oversees all operations. His construction career spans four decades and brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge to our team given his proven leadership ability and many years of expertise overseeing complex projects in the United States and abroad. Bill is a master builder with experience as an owner and in development, and he has an expertise in many types of construction, including high-rise buildings in New York City, and education, residential, cultural and healthcare facilities. As one of two principals of Pavarini McGovern, along with President and CEO Eric McGovern, Bill and Eric have created a full-service, client-centered construction company via the application of a simple philosophy: higher standards in construction. Since 2001, Pavarini McGovern has provided CM services for new construction, renovation and expansion projects in a variety of market sectors totaling approximately $1.5 billion. Bill served as the Principal-In-Charge for some of Pavarini McGovern’s most recent construction accomplishments including: a new 451-unit, 642,000sf, 35-story high-rise rental apartment building at 110 First Street in Jersey City, NJ; a new 411,000sf, eight-story mixed-use rental residential complex in downtown New Brunswick, NJ; and for Columbia University, the Campbell Sports Center at Baker Field, New York.
