Biography
Bob Yardis, who joined Structure Tone in 1999, is responsible for the Structure Tone organization’s employee development, retention, executive recruitment, compensation, benefits, succession planning and fundamentally—fostering a client-centric, highly collaborative and effective culture. Prior to joining Structure Tone, Bob has led the human resources management function in publishing, direct marketing and communications firms. At Structure Tone, he is also responsible for real estate and facilities. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. An adjunct professor at Columbia University’s School of Continuing Education, he periodically teaches a course entitled “Human Resources in Construction Management” at the graduate level.
