Biography
Christopher Barbee is an independent member of the Board of Directors, and Chairs the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee overseeing financial and risk management policies of the organization and monitoring its compliance program. Chris recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP following a 38 year career with the Big Four public accounting firm. He led PwC’s Global Forensic Services Practice from 2009 to 2014 after serving as an Advisory Partner in the Forensic Services practice since 1995. His background is in forensic investigations and development and oversight of regulatory compliance programs in various industries, including the construction industry. Chris is a guest lecturer at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at the University of Missouri. He is a magna cum laude graduate of The University of Missouri, College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
