Biography
David Cahill oversees all aspects of the delivery of legal services to the Structure Tone organization, including contract administration and litigation. His responsibilities include preparation, review and approval of all contracts, and other legal documents required for the company to perform its daily business functions. David supervises and manages in-house and outside counsel on both insured and noninsured litigation, and works closely with the safety and risk management departments. He directs the firm in contract negotiations and is a member of Structure Tone’s Corporate Compliance Committee. David has a B.A. degree, Manhattan College, and J.D. degree, Fordham University School of Law.
