Biography
Frank Renzler is an Executive Vice President leading Structure Tone’s Global Client Services Group. His primary responsibility is for supporting leading companies including Edelman, Fidelity Investments, Thomson Reuters, AIG, Bright Horizons and Hewlett-Packard with consistent project delivery across geographies. Frank leads the team that coordinates third party general contractors throughout the United States and abroad, as well as between all of Structure Tone’s offices. Frank is also responsible for Structure Tone’s Virtual Design and Construction Group in Boston, which provides pre-coordination, BIM integration and facilities management models to many of the more complex projects across Structure Tone’s platform. In addition, Frank coordinates the efforts of Structure Tone’s Business Development professionals across the organization. Structure Tone’s Director of Sustainability also reports to Frank. He began his 22-year career at Structure Tone as a Project Manager and has fulfilled every project delivery role at the company. Prior to Structure Tone, Frank served as Vice President of Development and Operations for an owner/developer where he brought to fruition one multi-unit residential dwelling and managed six office buildings totaling over 5,000,000 sf. Frank has an M.B.A. from Columbia University, and a B.A. in History and Spanish Literature from State University of New York, Binghamton, NY.
