Michael Melanophy

Biography

 As a 30-year veteran of the industry, Michael Melanophy, regional vice president and leader of Pavarini Northeast, has been involved in nearly every aspect of building construction, from interior corporate fit-outs to brand new, ground-up facilities in markets ranging from higher education to pharmaceutical. Mike first joined the organization in 1984, working as a superintendent and project manager for Structure Tone’s New York office. He then joined Pavarini, serving as a project manager and later as director of operations after the company joined the Structure Tone organization in 1996. Through this time, Mike has developed a true understanding of what is needed to make diverse types of projects successful, from bidding and costs to schedule and communication, and applies that expertise to the overall management of the Pavarini team. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Central Connecticut State University.
