Ray Donaghy

Biography

 Ray Donaghy is Senior Vice President of Client Relations for the Structure Tone Organization and part of the founding family ownership of the company. A charismatic and visionary leader, Ray embodies the “client service” can-do attitude, a value of Structure Tone. Through climbing the ladder in multiple roles within the company - from plan clerk, to superintendent to estimator, to account executive, and onward - Ray has advanced proven expertise constructing quality projects and is relationship oriented and valued team builder. He is a “hands on” principal who prides himself on being readily accessible to the project team and clients. As senior vice president of client relations, Ray has spearheaded the STO client relationship development program inside STO and oversees the client survey program for STO to better serve our clients and drive home the “client first” mentality to STO employees. As a principal, his passion is developing client accounts across the STO platform and being on the job site with the project teams and clients. Ray brings more than 20 years of construction experience in the US and international projects. He received his business degree from Iona College and attended New York University’s Construction Management Program. He is committed to giving back to the communities we serve, and currently is a committee member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and St. Dominic’s Home.
