Biography
M. Kathryn (Katy) Fink became Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, in January 2016.Ms. Fink is responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction and activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards and HR Shared Services. Ms. Fink began her career with us in 2013 as Vice President, Talent Management and became Vice President, Human Resources, MedSurg and Neurotechnology Group in 2015.
