Biography
Arango holds a master of science in Dispute Resolution and a doctor of education in Organizational Leadership and Higher Education Leadership. From 2002-2011, he served as an IRB member, then IRB administrator and director for Nova Southeastern University’s Institutional Review Board. In 2011, he joined the CITI Program at the University of Miami as Assistant Director of Education in Human Subject Protections. He is now the Director of Educational Initiatives at CITI, with oversight of all of the content areas of the CITI Program.
