Biography

 I am passionate and highly motivated professional with 12 years of hands-on experience in driving operational and business success mostly within customer-centric and business development roles.  Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an acumen for bringing process improvements within my roles at Portland State University or Mara Real Estate Management. While at T-Mobile, as the Co-founder of Bintys and currently the owner of L’Artisan Gift Co., I have shown the ability to generate leads by gaining customer insights and to exceed sales targets.  Thriving within my current endeavors at Sun Chemical, I have managed all aspects of client relations striving to increase customer satisfaction at all levels.  As an entrepreneur with a high level of cross-cultural sensibility and plurilingual proficiencies (French, Swahili, Bambara, and Lingala), I have started “Antrepreneurs”, a podcast targeting entrepreneurs who want to work or are already working in Africa. Antrepreneurs (African Entrepreneurs) showcases the most impressive entrepreneurs who are investing in Africa and provides an opportunity to learn from them.
