Biography
Dr. A. Scott Weber pursued his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in the year1977. Later he carried out his Master degree in the year 1978 from Virginia Tech in Sanitary Engineering. In the year 1983 he carried out his Ph.D work in Civil Engineering from University of California, Davis. Later he joined in University of buffalo and became Professor as well as Vice President for Student Life.
