Biography
Dr. Andre Filiatrault pursued his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from University of Sherbrooke in the year 1983. Later he carried out his/her Master degree in the year1985 from University of British Columbia in the department of Civil Engineering . In the year 1988 he carried out his Ph.D work in Civil Engineering from University of British Columbia. He then became Professor in University of Buffalo, State University of New York.c
