Biography
Dr. Andrew S. Whittaker pursued his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in the year 1977. Later he carried out her Master degree in the year 1985 from University of California at Berkeley in the department of Civil Engineering. In the year 1988 he carried out his Ph.D work in Civil Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. Later he joined in University of buffalo and became Professor; Director, MCEER; Director, SEESL; Director, Institute of Bridge Engineering.
