Biography
Dr. Cemal Basaran pursued his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey in the year 1982. Later he carried out his/her Master degree in the year 1988 from MIT, Cambridge in the department of Civil Engineering . In the year 1994 he carried out his Ph.D work in Engineering Mechanics from , University of Arizona, Tucson. He then became Professor in Department of Civil Engineering, University at Buffalo, State University of New York. Later he is appointed as Director, Electronic Packaging Laboratory.
