Biography
Mr. Jeff was responsible for the overall business operations. Prior to his executive leadership, he provided management and technical support for numerous aircraft- and ground-system survivability/vulnerability assessments and test and evaluation programs. In addition, he served as program manager of the Survivability/Vulnerability Information Analysis Center (SURVIAC) Aberdeen Satellite Office. Mr. Jeff is also actively involved with numerous philanthropic efforts, including The Boys and Girls Club of Harford County, Boys Scouts of America, Upper Chesapeake Health Programs, and The Wounded Warriors Program.
