 Adam is a Principal of Development Services and Senior Advisor at SVN | Northco headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sperry Van Ness (SVN) has become one of the most recognized commercial real estate brands in the world with over 180 offices across the country. Northco Real Estate Services is a full service commercial real estate firm that has been a leader in the Twin Cities market since 1975. With more than 10 years of experience in real estate and finance, Adam Seraphine created NHH Realty & Financial to serve the Minneapolis area as a full-service real estate company. Under the direction of Adam, NHH handles property transactions from concept to delivery. With formal education in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota and experience in residential and commercial fundraising, Adam has successfully grown NHH into a key investor focused real estate company that has a strong footprint on value driven client service offerings in the Twin Cities. In late 2011, the company strategically expanded back into the wholly owned commercial real estate business with the creation of NHH Properties. The company takes a lead role in the acquisition, development, stabilization and delivery of the properties that it owns.
